Instructions for abstract submission

1) Please register for the event via the website. Fees do not have to be paid at the time of registration; payments can be made after acceptance of your abstract has been confirmed.
2) Log in to the restricted area  with the username and password that you have selected during registration.
3) Click on “My Abstracts” on the left side of the page.
4) Follow the instructions on the screen to access the abstract submission form. Fill in all fields of the online form. Before submitting the abstract, check carefully. Any changes will be allowed only until the final submission deadline.
* The submitting author must complete all fields in the online form. All communications related to the abstract will sent only to this author by the registered e-mail and he should be in charge of passing on to the co-authors;
5) Choose the type of presentation - oral OR poster.
6) After submitting your abstracts, click on "Log out".
7) After submitting the abstract, the person in charge (submitter) will receive an email confirming the information provided. Please check if all information is correct. If there is any mistake, log in to the restricted area again and make the necessary changes. Changes can be made until submission deadline.
8) If you do not receive the automatic confirmation email of the submission on the same day, the abstract has not been sent correctly. In this case, please send an email to reporting your problem.
9) To access the event website again, just use your username and password. In case you do not remember your login data, use the “forgot your password?” option at the top of the page.



Important Informationn

• The ABSTRACTS must be submitted only in English; papers submitted in other languages won’t be considered;
• The official language of the Congress is English.
• The deadline for abstract submission is: Wednesday, June 07, 2017
• In order to receive the certificate of your abstract after the event, one of the listed authors must be registered and have attended the event.
• After receiving confirmation of acceptance, the submitting person of the abstract needs to confirm payment of registration fees until 20/07/2017
• All abstracts must be submitted through the official Congress website.
• There is no limit of abstracts submitted by the author.
• There are no limits of authors per abstract. Please list the authors in the desired order;
• Only one certificate will be issued per presented abstract. Certificates are issued following the order in which authors were registered and will be published in the restricted area of the
• Please note: all materials produced on basis of the abstracts (such as publications in scientific journals) will be faithful reproduction of the information submitted by the author. Therefore, it is not possible to change title, summary or authors after submission deadline. We emphasize that all provided information is of entire responsibility of the submitting author.
• The main author can choose the modality of abstract presentation (Oral or Poster). However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to change this choice.
• Registration fees can be found at the “Registration” menu of the congress website and are independent of the approval date of the abstract. In order to guarantee any discount, payment of the fees needs to be made within the deadlines.
• The final decision of the Scientific Committee on presentation modality is considered supreme and irrevocable, and shall not be questioned. Papers, which have not been accepted for oral presentation, may be reallocated to poster presentation and the author will be informed about this decision accordingly.



Instructions for abstract preparation

• The abstract should not have more than 2000 characters including spaces;
• The abstract should be structured in an objective and concise way, providing essential information under each title. Suggested titles: introduction, objectives, methods, results and conclusion, as follow:

• Introduction - inform the reason of the research, emphasizing their motivation;
• Material and Methods - Briefly describe the material evaluated and the method used in his evaluation;
• Results - Describe the relevant findings with statistical data and their significance;
• Discussion and Conclusions - Compare findings with data in the literature and the main conclusions.

• The abstract contents should be associated with the topic selected (see list above);
• Graphs and tables will not be accepted at online submission.
• All the instructions above also apply to poster submissions;
• Results using statements such as “results will be presented” or “data will be analyzed” will not be accepted.

Instructions for Approved Abstracts


Presentation time is 10 minutes. After the presentation, there will be allowed 05 minutes for discussion and possible questions from jury and guests. If none of the authors attend the event, the presentation will be canceled and the certificate will not be issued.
The presentation must be prepared in Power Point (Windows) and needs to be handed in at the Media Desk at least 1 hour before start of the session in order to upload the document to the media system.
Information about day and time of the presentation will be available in the restricted area of the submitting author and previously stipulated in the scientific program of the congress.


Instructions for banner confection:

  1. Measurements: 90cm (width) x 120 cm (height);

  1. The posters must be fixed in the place determined by the organizing committee, in day and hour predetermined.
  2. Bring lanyard or tape to fix the poster, we do not provide any equipment at the poster area;
  3. The panel number of the poster is available in the restricted area of the submitting author in the "Display" field. The panel number indicates the place where to fix the poster during the event.
  4. The Scientific Committee will designate the Judging Commission that will visit the abstracts and it’s necessary the presence of one of the authors at the specified time for the presentation.

Time to presentation – 05 minutes.         
At least one of the authors must be next to your poster to presentation. In the absence of the presenter, one of the registered authors can present.

The posters not removed within the determined time by the organization will be thrown away.


• You must disclose any financial interest that you (or your partner) may have with a commercial company or tha manufacturer of any commercial product/service that may influence your presentation;
• Present your abstract objectively, spending no longer that 3 (three) minutes;
• Emphasize the objetives;
• Do not detail the methodology;
• Summarize the results;
• Emphasize the conclusions;
• Answer the questions from the Panel of experts and the audience cordially.

All approved abstracts will be available at official website congress.




After the end of Congress, the certificates of approved abstracts will be available to the author responsible for submitting on the site. To print or download, you must access the "Certificates" area, located on the congress homepage, enter the registered e-mail and fill in the "Satisfaction Survey".
Important: the certificates will not be sent directly to email.
• Only one certificate will be issued per abstract. They will be printed following the registered order of authors.
• At least one of the authors must be registered and attend the congress to receive the certificate later.
